1. Seller guarantees that puppy has received 2 (or more) sets of vaccinations & appropriate deworming. Seller will provide Buyer with medical information detailing treatment puppy has received under Seller’s care, and any future care Seller feels is essential to the puppy’s well being. Seller warrants that the puppy you’ve purchased is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of puppy.

2. If as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health, then the buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the Seller for a refund. If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer shall, within 1 day of seeing a licensed Veterinarian, send to seller by certified mail a written Veterinarian’s certificate stating that the puppy was in ill health when examined. Upon receipt by Seller of said certificate, Buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy to Seller at Buyer’s expense. Upon receipt of the puppy, the Seller shall be obligated to refund all money received from Buyer toward the purchase price (including deposit) of the puppy, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void.

3. Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of genetic defects for two (2) years. Should the puppy be diagnosed with any genetically derived medical disorder, you must inform Seller of such discovery.  Any genetic defects should be diagnosed by two unassociated veterinarians and X-rays must be given to BMK, so we can confirm the diagnosis w/our veterinarian. You may keep or return the puppy and receive another puppy of equal value at the next available breeding.  If you decide to keep the puppy, you must provide the seller with proof that the puppy has been spayed / neutered before you can receive a replacement puppy.  It is to the Seller's discretion whether you receive another puppy after the two (2) year guarantee has expired.
